Seth Werner, PMP, is a dynamic operations leader and theatre professional with over two decades of experience spanning non-profit management, technical theatre, disaster response, and inclusive community engagement. With a BFA in Technical Theatre and an MBA in Project Management, Seth blends artistic vision with operational rigor—leading multi-venue theatrical operations, multimillion-dollar capital projects, and high-impact organizational turnarounds. His production credits include work at York College of Pennsylvania, the City of Monroe’s Dowd Center Theatre, and numerous theatres across the Mid-Atlantic. As a former instructor and production manager at York College, he helped launch the careers of dozens of emerging theatre professionals while overseeing a robust schedule of 150+ annual events.

Beyond the stage, Seth has played a vital role in strengthening nonprofit systems and infrastructure. At United Disabilities Services, he leads accessibility-focused project portfolios while championing efficient, people-centered operations. His work with the American Red Cross in disability integration and emergency preparedness underscores his commitment to equity in crisis response. Seth also serves as President of the York White Rose Wanderers, revitalizing the Volksmarching tradition and reimagining the organization’s future through strategic leadership and community-building. Whether he's guiding a team through a theatrical load-in, coordinating contractors on a job site, or mapping the next community walk, Seth leads with creativity, compassion, and purpose.
